Refund & Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, here's how we can help.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in its original, sealed packaging
  • You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • The product must be in the same condition as when shipped

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Opened tea products
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Tea accessories that have been used

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@myoanmatcha.com
  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We will send a replacement or issue a full refund

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@myoanmatcha.com
  2. We'll provide a return authorization and shipping address
  3. Ship the item(s) back to us (return shipping is at customer's expense)
  4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.

Exception: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping costs.
